My name is Sara Garcia, and I found my passion and purpose in energy medicine in 2016. What began as a personal healing journey awakened a deeper calling—one that ignited a passion for practicing and sharing energy medicine.
Today, I offer quantum healing through varying energy modalities that shift energy, clear patterns, and reconnect us to our truth. My passion is holding space for clients and students to experience transformation on mental, emotional, physical, and soul levels—for their highest good.

Our high school science teachers said, ‘Everything is energy.’
And it’s true. Everything. Thoughts, feelings, words, sunshine—even the keyboard I’m typing on. Atoms and molecules vibrate at different frequencies to create our reality: the hardness of a chair, the heat of touch, the sound of a piano key—even our emotions.
The atoms and molecules within our human energy field hold information—the data of our traumas, joys, genetics, and more. By setting strong intentions and inviting in high-frequency energies, we can create real change in the human energy field. This directly impacts every aspect of our experience, including vitality, health, outlook, and overall quality of life.
My goal is not only to channel healing energies for my clients but also to empower them—with tools to support their journey.
